"I wore it one time and already the..."
I wore it one time and already the stitching was starting to come loose, which was really annoying. The fabric also felt kind of cheap to me, not at all like what I expected for the price. Better quality I thought it would be, honestly. I wouldn’t buy this again.

"Prices are getting hard to justify"
I’ve found a few pieces I liked, but the prices feel steep for what you’re getting. I get that some of the brands are nice, but once you add shipping and possible return costs, it just doesn’t feel like a great value anymore. It’s not a bad experience, but if the pricing stays like this, I’ll probably start shopping elsewhere.

"Customer service didn’t really help"
I reached out about my order and the responses just felt a little cold, like they were barely trying. It also took longer than I expected to hear back. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I thought the support would be more helpful

I ordered from Kickpleat and the shipping was way slower than I expected. The item itself was fine, so that wasn’t the problem, but having to wait that long was really frustrating. It kind of made me lose trust in ordering from them, especially if I actually need something by a certain time. Not sure I’d risk it again.

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so it’s kind of disappointing to say this, but the recent style picks haven’t really been hitting for me. There are definitely a few cute pieces mixed in, but a lot of the curation feels random and not very aligned with what I usually like. I keep wanting to trust the recommendations because I’ve had good experiences before, but lately it’s been a bit of a miss

"Returns took way too long"
I tried to do an exchange and it dragged on for what felt like 2 or 3 weeks. The whole return process was a hassle, and I still haven’t seen my refund come through. Frustrating experience overall.

"I really wanted to like these clothes because..."
I really wanted to like these clothes because the styles are cute, but for some reason the fit was just off. I ordered my usual size, and it felt tight in certain areas but loose in others, which made it kind of frustrating. The return process wasn’t the smoothest either. I’d probably try again if they had better sizing info, but this order didn’t work out for me.
